Text Box: During the first consultation, a full medical history is taken; any specific health concerns are discussed and, finally western styled osteopathic tests are applied. From this information a diagnosis is made. Specific massage and manipulation techniques are applied depending upon the diagnosis. Many techniques are invigorating and often alleviate pain quite quickly. Each session may be between 30mins to 1 hour. For more serious or chronic problems, acupuncture may be recommended simultaneously.
